As a Survivor, you want the Killer to follow you clockwise by going around the outside of the tile. If they do this, you can loop the tile until the Entity blocks the Windows (after 3 vaults through each). This creates a 50/50 situation, where the Killer can moon-walk to trick the Survivor into vaulting into them.
